When the Triumph Bobber first came out the first thing Motone wanted to change was the seat, if only it was that simple

3 or 4 years later - this is the result - for safety they made the pan out of 4mm Thick Steel which made for some fairly hefty tooling

for comfort we made the foam using a high density polyurethane injection moulded closed cell foam

They have done a few different stitch patterns
